Description: Rustic Ryed is a Rye IPA dry hopped with copious amounts of Cascade, Simcoe, and Equinox hops. It pours a reddish amber color and gives off an intense aroma of citrus and pine that is complimented by a hint of peppery malt aroma from the malted rye and marris otter base malt. The large whirlpool additions of Cascade and Equinox give this beer a great citrus flavor balanced by a light grainy spiciness from the malted rye.
