Description: The fourteenth warped offering in the Emily’s Dream series starts off conventional enough. Pale American, Golden Promise and Crystal malt sounds like another Ale. Then things go down the rabbit hole pretty quickly. We kettle-sour the beer using exclusively lactobacillus delbrueckii and ferment the wort with a clean finishing yeast strain. Then we toss in as much fruit we could gather - blueberries, raspberries, cranberries, blackberries and apples, because, why not! It’s acidic and tart, with a fruit nose and taste that will blow your mind.
