Description: The nintheenth warped offering in the Emily’s Dream series starts off conventional enough. Pale American, Golden Promise and Crystal malt sounds like another Ale. Then we let our "apple of our eye" come out. We kettle-sour the beer using exclusively lactobacillus delbrueckii (as always) and ferment the wort with a clean finishing yeast strain. Then we add a ton of green apples to give is a tart pucker that will make your sucker want some more!
