Description: Our first lager. The big difference is that the beer is fermented at a lower temperature and with a different type of yeast than the beer we did before. Most of all beer made in Sweden today are lagers, the yeast that is. This is a light lager. The main ingredient is light pilsner malt. This commodity gives a flavor that pulls a little to the honey and jasmine rice. The sweetness of the malt is balanced, with a give new zealand Hallertau aroma hops and German adduced indicates hops. The first gives flowery and ortiga qualities of taste and odor, while the other provides more spicy notes. Both varieties are what the Germans call the noble hops. We have deliberately made the beer dry and light in body, so drink works well both as a beverage and in socializing with other people.
