Description: Based off of a historical sweet stout from the now defunct London brewery, Barclay Perkins. Interesting recipe for a bit of a challenge as it has a complex malt build of roasted and caramel malts, lactose, brewing sugar, and flaked barley which we believe is rather unusual. Aromas of roasted nuts, cocoa and finishes nutty with a smooth roast bitterness.
