Description: American Dream is our hoppy American Red Ale but in a "double" version. We brew this baby with all American grown and malted barleys including a 2 row base with 80 lovibond caramel malt and a touch of Aromatic. Then we go crazy adding copious amounts of a variety of American grown hops, like Cascade, Amarillo, Chinook, and Simcoe. We finish the whole thing off with a huge dry hop dose of blended American hops.
