Description: This beer has no hot side/kettle hop additions Cold Side has exclusively cold side hop additions and therefore is a 100% dry hopped IPA. We layered several dry hops of Amarillo and Mosaic both pre and post fermentation. This beer maintains a juicy body and intense aroma while having very little bitterness due to the lack of kettle additions.
