Description: Impatiently Waiting is a new 12% Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. This French Toast inspired Imperial Stout spent 15 months aging in bourbon barrels with maple syrup, cinnamon and coffee from our friends from Toca Coffee. The result is a complex unity of bold, sweet and rich flavors from the base beer and adjuncts, along with slight barrel character on the back end. This beer is meant to remind you of your favorite weekend breakfast.
