Description: Yeah You Know Me is a massive 15% Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with Kyle from Horus Aged Ales. Our goal was to make a thick, fudgey imperial stout. We used a double mashed imperial stout base and post fermentation we added Chilis, Cinnamon, Chocolate, Coffee and a touch of Vanilla.
