Description: Anderson School Brewer Mark Harris created this recipe...or was it Chef Extraordinaire's Mark Berlin and Cara Bannwarth? Well, it's a bit of both! Chef Mark and Sous Cara came up with the idea, and we got to work in the brewery. The result is an acidic Berliner Weisse style beer with a subtle sweetness from lactose sugar, providing body to balance the intense flavor of Italian plums.
