Description: In 2015 a small quantity of Thomas Hardy’s Ale was left to rest for more than six months in Hine Cognac oak barrels, just like the first vintage: this is our Thomas Hardy The Historical Ale. The beer is brewed by Meantime Brewing Company but the brand and all the rights are owned by Interbrau; furthermore, we (Interbrau) hired an independent brewmaster (Derek Prentice) who is the manager of the Thomas Hardy’s Ale production at the Meantime Brewery.
