Description: This year, we switched up our vanilla strategy, honing in on a select few, incredibly delicious varieties, as opposed to balancing an abundance of origins. We settled on 11lbs each of Vanuatu and Tahitian vanillas for our leads, with Mexican (0.5lbs) and Ugandan (1lb) varietals playing supporting, yet exceptionally tasty roles. In true ultra fashion, we then added another half-pound of Tahitian beans just because we could. This beer is absolutely shocking both in its purity and incredible complexity.
