Description: Blend of port and brandy barrels. Notes of red fruit and dark chocolate. A complex blend of three different base beers, one of them was fermented with a Belgian yeast, supporting the fruitiness from the port and brandy barrels. Tannins from those barrels help with further complexity of the blend. To bring out the soft fruity notes we put this barrel aged stout with Nitrogen instead of CO2, introducing a new deluxe mouthfeel to our already super thick barrel aged stout.
