Description: X7 series is back! Featuring Mosaic. Mosaic took the market by assault when it was first released. For years its supply was short for such a high demand, confirming it's popularity. Today it is used by most brewers around the world seeking to brew stellar IPAs. Unfortunately, it is often paired with Citra, which while it works great does not unlock its full potential. We built a mosaic of hops with our signature 7 additions throughout the process. Of which are 4 different moments of dry-hop! Expect a dry, bitter, light hazy, and hop saturated IPA at 7% ABV. Best stored cold and served fresh at a temperature of 8°C.
