Description: As brewers, we continually play around with the many products we have available to us to make whatever we want. Bag of Tricks is a nod to the vast amounts amounts of hops, yeast, malt, and water varieties that we can use. For this beer, the "tricks" we decided to use are the biggest crowd pleasers that we have noticed through our experience. Citra and Galaxy hops dominate the flavor and aroma with notes of pineapple, stone fruit, and white gummy bear while a heavy pitch of expressive English yeast ties everything together with additional fruity notes and a medium mouthfeel. We are looking forward to what other "tricks" we can pull out of our bag.
