Description: The inspiration behind this week's farmers market series is one of our favorite perennial beers, the Sliced Nectarine IPA. We visited the Green City Market recently to source nectarines from Mick Klug Farm, and both dry hopped and then incorporated fresh Klug Farm nectarines into the beer. This auburn-colored IPA showcases the flavors and aromatics of our favorite Midwestern stone fruit trilogy: peaches, nectarines and apricots.
