Description: As the Mountains' trees start to take on their Autumn palettes and a cooling breeze whispers through the brewer's overalls, it can only mean one thing: Winter is coming so it's stout time, baby. To kick off this year’s dark series, we’ve dialled the ABV up to double figures and utilised a double mash to provide balance. The addition of chocolate from Spencer Cocoa in Mudgee was just us being a little indulgent.
