Description: We’ve gone back to the archives to resurrect the Bigfoot Double Stout. A long time Goat seasonal, Dave reckons it was first brewed in 2003 but it was definitely last brewed in 2013. Brewed to the original recipe, with one difference - this year’s release is dry hopped for the first time. Chinook and Simcoe overlay the Bigfoot’s silky, chocolate malt body with intense citrus and pine characters. APPEARANCE: Mahogany with ruby highlights. AROMA: Chocolate, roasted coffee, citrus and pine. FLAVOUR: Sweet malt and ester palate, finishing with roast malt cocoa notes and an assertive hop bitterness. MALTS: Ale, Crystal, Roasted Malt. HOPS: Super Pride, Goldings, Chinook, Simcoe. OTHER INGREDIENTS: Nostalgia.
