Description: Unlike a traditional Berliner Weisse, this beer has absolutely no wheat in it. It does, however, contain a bit of flaked barley and golden naked oats for a rich, full body underlying the tart crisp, deliciousness of this sour ale. We used our house saison yeast to ferment this beer, lending a tropical fruitiness, creating a thirst-quenching beer with notes of rhubarb and mango that you are unlikely to find anywhere else.
