Description: Brett IPA 6%. Steve from @sirencraftbrew is one of our favourite people to have in the brewery. Last month we brewed together this IPA using a simple malt bill and a winning combination of Ekuanot, Citra and Simcoe hops. We used a special yeast blend of our house Vermont strain and a unique strain of Sacc bruxellensis Trois. Brett or no brett, this beer is dank, hoppy, full of pineapple and slightly funky.
