Description: We were given the chance to evaluate a new crop of Sorachi Ace hops grown in Plattsmouth, NE so we adapted our French Taunter Saison recipe from a few years ago. This beer, built on a foundation of Rye, Wheat, Barley, and Oats has wonderful body with the hops bringing in bright lemon and slightly spicy aromas of white oak.
