Description: Some people say, southern hemisphere hops, (Galaxy in particular), is wasted in 'boring' West Coast beers. We decided to prove those people wrong! We hit this heavy hitter with Citra and Vic Secret in the kettle, and slammed it with Galaxy and even more Citra and Vic Secret in the dry hop for a total of over 4 lbs per bbl. Some may call us crazy, and that may be so, but that's just how we roll.
