Description: The first beer of our blended barrel aged beers- this blend mellowed out the dark, roasted chocolate of the Navel Gazer. We aged this blend, consisting of 70% Navel Gazer Imperial Stout and 30% Gobsmacked Barley Wine, for 20 months in a Wild turkey Bourbon Barrel. The addition of the Barley Wine mellowed out the dark, roasted notes of the Navel Gazer and added a smooth, milk chocolate flavor complimented by a subtle caramel sweetness.
