Description: Three different French oak barrels from between one and three years of age were carefully blended to produce balanced acidity, tannin, funk, and tartness. We then hand processed 300lb of local Glastonbury strawberries, and let the beer re-ferment on top of the fruit to dryness. Notes of fresh strawberries, funky pineapple, fresh hay, lemonade, and a pleasing mineral finish.
