This session double black extra mild strong bitter black india super massive black Imperial Stout, of course. We overloaded the mash tun, twice, to deliver a first wort of oily, sticky, black mess. We hopped it up with Warrior and Magnum, and smacked in some winter spices for good measure. With a silky-smooth body from chocolate wheat malt and loads of our favourite biscuit and caramel malts, this lil ol 9% will surprise you.
