Description: Arch Nemesis – Belgian Golden Strong. Pale, spicy and deceptively strong. Our palest pilsner malt paired with clear rock candy creates an extremely pale beer. We fermented with a Belgian yeast strain to develop some spicy phenols with just a touch of fruity esters. Finally, we finished with a high volume of dissolved CO2 to accentuate all of the flavors and aromas. A nemesis is simply a bother; an Arch Nemesis is a soul-filling challenge! ~9.0% abv. (Half-pints only; no growlers.)
