Description: Black IPA is a recent addition to the lexicon of craft beer. Ours is brewed with a wonderful product from Briess Malting of Chilton, Wisconsin – Midnight Wheat. Midnight Wheat is a de-bittered roasted wheat. It imparts a lot of black/ruby color and a touch of sweetness, but no coffee or burnt aromas.
