Description: This IPA is all about Mosaic. A daughter variety of Simcoe released in 2012, Mosaic is featured prominently, imparting tropical fruit, pine and citrus flavors. An addition of honey malt on a base of US 2 row, caramel and cara-pils, provides a sweetness to the hop dominance imparted by the Mosaic. Early additions of Chinook and Cascade provide bitterness and allow Mosaic to star in flavor and aroma.
