Description: Frankies/Utopia Records Collaboration Special Edition Brewed for record store day along with the guys at Frankie's Pizza and Utopia Records. Amber Ales, specially Americans are sort of a spin off from American Pale Ales. The caramel malt flavors and aromas are more noticeable, bitterness, hop flavors and aromas are kept at a medium intensity. As with most American style beers the yeast strain is quite neutral and moderately attenuating, which makes for a clean, medium bodied ale. MALTS – Pale, Crystal, Aromatic HOPS – Willamette, Chinook YEAST – American Ale
