Description: Made in collaboration with Manchester’s Cloudwater Brew Co, we’ve blended two styles of beer that we find are some of the most refreshing. West Coast meet German Pils. A classic German Pilsner grist made up of pils malt, Haná and Chit makes for a delightfully light, crisp and sparkling base that thrives with a light dusting of Idaho 7 and Simcoe hops in the whirlpool. We fermented nice and slow with our house lager yeast, allowing each aspect of the beer to stand alone and shine.
