A pilsner malt base and a dash of Perle, Tettnanger, & Saphir offer crackery, bready, lightly floral notes, as well as a touch of minerality. We did not mess around with this one: it offers tons of depth in flavor, a present & pleasant bitterness, and is just what you want to drink after a weekend of raking leaves.
