Description: A Farmhouse style Belgian Strong Ale. A special Belgian/Saison blended yeast for a complex yeast character. This yeast gives a banana, clove, and black pepper spiciness to the beer. Belgian candi sugar and a late addition of honey contribute to the beer's dryness and flavor complexity. After aging for a year, the alcohol flavor has mellowed and the yeast characters have become more complex.
