Description: This DIPA recipe is based on one that we’ve brewed before, however we’ve used the experimental nature of the Old Flax Store Projects to trial a new technique for us, designed to achieve maximum haze formation and mouthfeel. Cashmere, El Dorado, Citra T90 and Citra BBC create heaps of citrus, melon, pineapple and orange notes. Easy-drinking and refreshing.
