Description: Our first collaboration with the North East’s most exciting up and coming brewery, Alpha Delta. Brewed as something of a hybrid between West Coast and New England IPA styles, we kept the water soft and the grist rounded with oats, but hopped generously in the whirlpool with the signature resinous pine of Simcoe. We carried this through to the dry hop, adding in some juicy tropical notes alongside in the shape of Mosaic and Citra.
