Description: OIBF Collaboration Brew: with Stillwater, our favorite brewing gypsy, we had many good times in Amsterdam and elsewhere. The idea of making a stout that would be reminiscent of a brownie with marihuana was alive for a while already. So we brewed a Milk Stout with Lactose and different Chocolate malt varieties and added the most dank, marihuana like hop varieties we could think of: Columbus, Apollo and Summit in the kettle, Mosaic and Simcoe in the hop back Apollo, Columbus and Simcoe as dry-hops.
