Description: We refined the recipe for the Irontown Lager resulting in a crisper, cleaner beer with less hop bitterness, but with all the hop flavor and aroma in tact. We used a new strain of lager yeast and changed the malt bill and hop additions slightly. It is a pale lager aggressively hopped with Galena and Willamette, and dry hopped with Cascade, finishing with about 40 IBU's and 6% Alc by volume.
