Description: Lucky egg is our take on a winter sour, imagine "Cool Runnings." We created a sour base beer loaded with full flavoured malts, then fermented it with a souring agent alongside our house pale ale yeast, adding body and fruity esters. After conditioning on toasted coconut, we then blended-in over 120kg's of mango and passionfruit puree, creating what may be recognised as the perfect tropical juice to keep you healthy and happy over the winter months! Kiss the lucky egg!
