Description: This autumn seasonal was brewed to be approachable, starting with a light orange base consisting of light crystal, Vienna and Munich malts, adding lactose to contribute sweetness, and adding a blend of spices that conjure up fall memories, without being overbearing. A blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger and cardamom were used in the whirlpool to achieve the perfect balance of crust-like sweetness and spice, just like fresh pumpkin pie.
