Description: Our newest offering in our series of experimental goses, Just Too Likable is our Asian-inspired sour made with lemongrass and two different kinds of miso. If you like Summer Snow, you'll love Just Too Likable -- it has a punchy acidity and citrus quality, backed by subtle herbal from the lemongrass and earthy umami from the miso. This gose is sea salt free! All of the saltiness came from a careful additions of red and country barley misos. Come and get it!
