Description: Belgian Saison yeast from the Brasserie Dupont Brewery contributes wonderful flavor and aroma to this Saison. Mt Hood hope and a base of Pilsner and Goldpils Vienna malts allow the fruity, spicy, and dry Saison character to shine through. Named in honor of the farm in Hermon, Maine that raises cattle and also picks up our spent grain to use as feed.
