Description: Belgian Blond Ale has deep golden color, sweet pils malt character along with spicy hop nose, yeast character that is distinct, may be notice as perfumy or honey-like alcohol, or fruity yeast esters, commonly orange-like. Light sweetness comes also from candy sugar that has been used as one of the components. High carbonation can give bubbly sensation in mouth-filling. Moderate alcohol warmth, but in smooth level. Everything is topped with large, dense, and creamy white head. Traditionally no spices has been used, although the ingredients and fermentation by-products may give an impression of spicing, recalls of oranges. Cheers everyone!!!
