Description: This collab with our friends at Monkish Brewing is always one we've wanted to revisit. When we first brewed this beer we were still at the mercy of the beer gods when it came to Nelson and Motueka hops, now we get to hand select them along with all the other hops in this beer. It’s hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, El Dorado and large amounts of Citra and Mosaic cryo.
