Description: The “Stop Collaborate and Saison” hoppy farmhouse ale was created in the true homebrew spirit of community and collaboration, produced by Bad Shepherd Brewing Co., Little Bang Brewing Company, and Pact Beer Co. The result is a rich, hoppy farmhouse ale with gorgeous spicy phenolics. Stop, Collarborate and Saison is a traditional style Saison with a late kettle Cascade/Mosaic fruity hop spin to complement tropical esters, golden in colour with a simple malt profile combining pilsner malt, wheat malt and a touch of dark Munich malt coming in at 5.6% ABV.
