Description: Barrel-Aged Then You Roast The Mallow is a complex blend of 3 different stout bases aged for 14-17 months in a variety of barrels before being conditioned on marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs, and cacao nibs. 50% Maman base brewed in September of 2020 and aged in Heaven Hill, Buffalo Trace, and Wild Turkey barrels, 37.5% is our Black is Beautiful base brewed in July of 2020 aged in Weller and Blantons barrels, and the final 12.5% is a new wheated stout base brewed in July 2020 aged in Old Fitzgerald barrels. Rich aromas of freshly melted ganache and burnt marshmallow are followed by a rich but balanced palate of roast malt, oak, and chocolate cake icing.
