Description: It’s not often a new hop hits the market that entirely changes our favorites list. We’ve used a few of the same breeds for good reason, but Strata, definitely makes the cut. We landed a cache from Portland based @indiehops. Introducing Send Strata, an IPA we’ve styled entirely around the oils in the Strata hop. The base recipe rides a close line between the New England and West Coast styling, as we wanted to let its notes of dank strawberry and passion fruit call the shots.
