Description: The inspiration for this beer came from the many nights spent next to a camp fire with a beer in our hand and a blanket on our lap. This series includes Embers Pale, Bonfire DIPA, and Cinder TIPA. IPA brewed with Proximity Base Malt, Flaked Wheat, Malted Rye, and Unmalted Sonoran White Wheat from BKW Farms in Marana, AZ. Dry-hopped with Citra and Simcoe. Pairs well with camping, fireside chats, and cozy blankets.
