Description: Our newest Cellar Cyndicate exclusive bottle fulfills the dreams of beer and wine lovers alike. All Our Dreams is 50-50 blend of stout and wine, aged separately. We brewed an imperial stout and aged it for 14 months in a Lost Cause mead barrel, and married it together with a Central Coast cabernet sauvignon that was harvested in 2019 and aged for three years in brandy barrels. The result is a dark-colored, medium-bodied, and still libation brimming with aromas of fig, berry and red grape that give way to flavors of honey, oak, and chocolate-covered raspberries.
