Description: Made in Collaboration with Monkey Paw Brewing, this "San Diego Bitter" is a mash up of a traditional English Bitter and a classic San Diego Style IPA. The malt background of biscuit & caramel comes from heirloom Golden Promise barley and choice English Crystal Malt and features a copper color. Dry Hopped w/ Centennial, Columbus, & Cleopatra to produce classic hop aromas of citrus & pine. All the flavor of Southern California in a sessionable and traditional style.
