This super drinkable sour wheat ale is sharply tart, light, & refreshing; perfect for the middle of our NC summer and the humidity is too much for anything else. It’s very low in alcohol, the bitterness is nonexistent, it’s very cloudy, and the finish is decidedly sour with a hint of breadiness in the back.
