Description: This beer was created as part of a collaboration with local band, The Knew. The recipe was derived from Tim, the bass player of the band and home brewer, but then tweaked by Jason to brew on a larger scale. The band came in and helped zest 400 limes to go into the fermenter which acted as a “dry hop” for the beer.
